Just hangin' out

I thought I'd post a couple pics I took tonight. Me, Marc, Mike & Veronica are here in Utah for Christmas at Frank and Barbara's. Mike and Veronica have been sitting on the couch playing World of Warcraft (with Clark and Dave) while Marc and Frank have been playing with Marc's train set.

well, we have been busy. Uncle Field came up for a weekend before Halloween and we had a great time with him here. We went to the new Joseph Smith movie up in SLC and then out to Chuck-o-rama. Dave and Field went on a hike with the boys at little canyon near us, while I made a unfrozen icecream cake on Saturday. Really, I guess it was just cake and ice cream, plus some ganache. Sunday we were able to go to Sarah Egberts' ward to see her son Harrison blessed and have lunch with most of the family up here. We really had a lot of fun having Field here and look forward to his next visit.

For Halloween Dave went trick or treating with the help of Owen and Ben, who were disguised as Spiderman and Bugs bunny. The loot was pretty managable due to the fact Owen got cold and wanted to come home and eat the candy they had already obtained. Then we headed up the hill to Gramma and Grampa R.'s house to show off aforesaid costumes. A fun night all in all.

We went shopping at my favorite store before Marc and I had to fly back home. We all got some pretty fun stuff...I think we should make it a tradition every time we are in Utah:)

pumpkins

We went a super cute pumpkin patch last with Kylie and Michelle last week. An actual patch where theygrew the pumpkins right there instead of shipping them in and charging you 40 bucks a pumpkin. Ben had a nice wheelbarrow ride and Owen and Kylie ran through the corn maze a couple times. Lots of fun! We also ran into Daves' Aunt Jenny and a bunch of her kids and grandkids. It was nice little outing, though we had to wrestle a couple pumpkins out of the kids arms.
